Hope Filled Melancholy
Feeling grief of suddenly losing someone so dear, Losing hope and being crestfallen, after all the fear. Flying high into the heavens through the bright clouds so white, Life has to go on as the living carry on day by day, stronger with every fight. Lonely mound at the edge of a cemetery, Beloved soul departed so unexpectedly. At the far end of a waterfront, a weeping willow, With its watery reflection and shedding leaves looking down below. Filling the dismal feeling that only time can heal, Then one day, dauntless it will again make us feel. With every step the memories become more vivid, before slowly fading away into lost dreams. Flowing down and drifting away into teary streams. Like withering leaves in the wind hoping to find the courage to live again fearlessly and without sorrow.
