A walk on the beach and into the clouds…

I walked on the beach remembering our old times...
And As I walked, I felt the sand soft under my feet and warm from the day’s sun…
The wind blew in my face fluffing my hair back and around my shoulders. I could taste the salty air brushing past me…

The sun was at its descent and it looked gorgeous!!!
It was glittering and gleaming as its wavy reflection showed in the deep Blue sea!
As the mist started to clear, I could see an island in the distance. A small island covered in green foliage…what a sight!!! Filled with beauty…

The soft chirps of the birds, returning home, filled my ears and as I closed my eyes, I felt as though I were floating in the air with them…
Floating into the soft white clouds and settling there….
As I looked down I saw the beauty the earth possessed!!! The gracious waterfalls, lush green trees, beautiful flowers, the vast ocean…..

In a dreamy daze as I awoke, I could hear the waves lashing on the shore….
The sun started to rise….it was a soft white at first, then turned into a pale pink and finally into a reddish – gold!!! It was the dawn of a new day, a new experience!!!!

Floating along on a lonely raft, Lost and alone in the sea so vast. Without a care, In and out of consciousness she spotted a fading mountain in the middle of nowhere. Floating closer glimpses of brown through the thick lazy fog she could see.  A Calloused mountain above the restless waves standing proudly. A Snowflake

  A snowflake drifted wearily towards the earth from the early morning sky, soft sunlit rays streaming down and adding a glow up high.  Towards the earth it drifted weightlessly, suddenly caught and stuck on a warm tall chimney.  Moving gently and ever so slow,  it rolled down the rooftop with a drop of melted snow.  It slid down the window pane, onto the glass and stuck again.  Inside the tranquil, neat home, well kept and pristine, warm cookies, half burnt candles and a Christmas tree could be seen.  A couple nestled on the sofa looking sadly at their foster son, sitting by the tree.  Small child playing with an old toy eager to open gifts and see.  For it might be their last family Christmas together,  as he might be taken away and into foster care by the end of December.  Innocent child opening gifts with a bright grin, oblivious to the grief and playing with his new toys with full attention.  Quiet Christmas morning while the little child was sitting on the floor, a lady from the

The Day Ends

   Touching the earth through the clouds out comes a golden ray, Rising sun, dawn of day. Sweet child your eyes open ever so slightly, Blinded by the sunlight so bright and shiny. Pulled into a waking state, Staring into a new day and a blank slate. Blend in with nature taking little pleasures so true, As the garden leaves fall from trees under the sky ever so blue. Flow through the hustle bustle of the day, Bring home your light as the day fades away.  Setting sun into the water at the bay, Along the drive waves crash and flow away. Soft light rays that kiss the water, Just like the father feels for his daughter.  Flying Sail of a sailboat bathed in the suns rays,  Rich against the sky lit backdrop covered in haze.
